400 g savoy cabbage |

Directions
Wash the savoy cabbage, chop and cook it in salt water already hot, for some minutes. Add rigatoni pasta and wait for the time it takes to cook them. In the meanwhile drizzle some oil in a pan and let garlic sautée until it gets brown.
At this point add two ladles of cooking water, parsley and pasta al dente and the savoy cabbage after having drained thoroughly. Thicken the whole on a high flame and serve.
