500 g broccoli |

Directions
Wash broccoli thoroughly, drain and divide them into tops, peeling and chopping the biggest stalks. Clean the garlic cloves and grind them finely. Heat some peanut seed oil in a pan, add the ground garlic and flavour with a pinch of salt and plenty of ground pepper; let sautée for 1 minute, until garlic gets golden brown, then add broccoli and let sautée for a couple of minutes on a medium flame, continuing stirring with a wooden spoon.
Wet the preparation with half glass of water, bring to the boil and let cook covered with a lid for 4-5 minutes more, until the cooking liquid is absorbed. Transfer broccoli with garlic to a serving dish and serve hot.
