Our Cauliflower
It is healthy, why

It is a vegetable famous for its anti-inflammation properties, and the amount of vitamins it contains (A, B1, B2, C, K, PP) which help strengthening the immune system.

 
         
   

Cabbage's
balls

     

Ingredients

   

1 cabbage (2 small cabbages)
60 g grated pecorino cheese
1 egg
1 bunch of parsley


 

grated bread
olive oil
oil
garlic
salt and pepper

 
 

Directions

     
 

Wash the cabbage and boil it in boiling salt water until it becomes very soft. Transfer it into a pan with garlic and oil and, while sautéeing it, try to crush it with a fork, in order to obtain a homogeneous purée. Remove garlic and add salt and pepper to flavour.

 

Then put the mixture into a bowl and, as soon as it has cooled down, add the egg, pecorino cheese and grated bread, until to obtain a well compact mixture. Let rest in the fridge for about half of an hour and then, prepare balls as big as nuts. Roll them in grated bread and fry in boiling oil.
