Directions
Wash carrots and grate them finely; then do the same with the almonds. Work egg yolks with sugar until you obtain a thick mixture and add, little by little, carrots, almonds, sifted flour and yeast. Then separately whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt and once they are ready, add them to the mixture you have previously prepared
Mix the whole with a spatula and pour it into a buttered baking tin dusted with flour. Put your cake into the oven and let bake for 45 minutes at 180°.
