Our Onions
It is healthy, why

They are vegetables characterized by extraordinary antibiotic and antibacterial properties. The ancients already used its juice to disinfect wounds.

 
         
   

Tuna fish
an onions'cake

     

Ingredients

   

160 g flour
80 g butter
240 g tuna fish in oil
2 onions
1 egg

 

1 lemon
100 g baby leafs
legumes
olive oil
salt and pepper

 
 

Directions

     
 

Prepare the dough with flour, a pinch of salt and chopped cold butter into the mixer, until you obtain a crumbled mixture. Transfer the whole on a flat surface and quickly work the whole with ½ glass of cold water. Shape a ball with the mixture, envelope it into a transparent film and let rest for 1 hour in the fridge. Then roll out the dough with a rolling pin and lay it into a buttered baking tin having a 22 cm diameter. Prick the dough with a fork and cover it with wet and wrung greaseproof paper and then with dry legumes.

 

Let bake in hot oven for 20 minutes and then remove the legumes and the greaseproof paper from your base. While letting cool down, prepare a mayonnaise by blending eggs, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture on the base of your cake and leave it in the fridge for one hour. Before serving add drained tuna fish, onions cut into rounds and baby greens and finally, a pinch of pepper.
