Directions
Wash mushrooms and cut them into thin slices; let them cook in a pan with four spoonfuls of oil and garlic for about fifteen minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste and, before serving, spread with enough basil.
The ideal mushrooms for this recipe are the champignon kind, but this simple and tasty recipe enhances the taste of any kind of mushrooms.
