Procedimento
Clean salads and lettuce dividing them into leaves. Dry and start whisking eggs in a capable bowl, add some milk and salt. Heat oil for frying and when it is ready, quickly pass your leaves in the egg and in the flour, then fry them.
These crunchy titbits must be served tepid, they are specially recommended for aperitif parties among friends.
