125 g milk |
Directions
Start preparation by mixing 125 gr. tepid water and 125 gr. milk; add 10 gr.salt, sugar and yeast and mix thoroughly. In another bowl mix flour with already softened butter and, once the whole is well amalgamated, add the mixture of milk and water you have already prepared, and 40 gr. oil. Work the dough and let rise for some hours. In the meanwhile prepare the filling: let sautée in the pan with a little oil, garlic and anchovies, and soon after, the already washed endive cut into small pieces.
Salt, pepper and let cook for about ten minutes. When the endive is wilted, add black olives and let fry gently in the pan ten minutes more. Divide the dough you have prepared and with a part of it prepare the base of your pizza, fill with endive, cover with the other half of the dough and bake in the oven at 180° for forty minutes.
