Radishes’ sauce

200 g radishes |
mustard |
Directions
Wash and dice 200 g red radishes; blend them with a garlic clove, 50 gr.parmesan cheese, 50 g. pine nuts and a little spoonful of creamy mustard.
Pour extra virgin olive oil until to obtain a soft and thick mixture. In the meanwhile steam shrimps and serve them in soup plates already filled with your sauce.
